Feature Set:  

The list of features Fortune3 has to offer is a mile long. They pride themselves on offering more features than their competitors. However, they don’t explain why you need the features they list on their website. All they do is provide long lists of features and generic explanations of what they do. Most customers aren’t going to want to read through the 15 different tabs with pages of features in each one.

We would like to see the features consolidated to a list of the ones that would be the most important to the consumer. They could have another section elsewhere with an expanded list of every feature the program has to offer for whoever is interested. As it is, it’s difficult to determine what we could use, what’s relevant and what could be left off.

Although their list of features might have been a little lengthy, we were impressed with the sheer amount of what they had.  When we designed, and later managed, our test store, we couldn't believe how many options this program gave us.

Ease of Setup:  

Setting up a store with Fortune3 was made easy with their online store builder and PC-based offline eCommerce wizard software. All we had to do was fill in our information in their easy to navigate menus and forms. It didn’t take long for us to have a finished product that could be ready for its big opening on the Internet tomorrow. We were impressed with how quick and painless the entire process turned out to be. You will go from no store at all into a complex conglomerate within an hour. When you’re done, you just have to sit back and manage your store.

Ease of Use:  

Fortune3 comes with an easy to use interface and menus. There were made easier by their excellent customer service options. Whenever a program has solid support behind it from qualified customer service representatives, it’s automatically easier to use. And that’s the case here. From setting up to managing your store, everything is a breeze with Fortune3. Any minor issues we had were quickly addressed by their customer service representatives and informative documentation.

Fraud Protection:
